When you reach out to us with your request, we’ll have a detailed quote ready for you within 24-48 hours. After you give us the green light and send over a purchase order, whether directly or through a portal, we’ll quickly confirm receipt of the PO. This means we can jumpstart your project right away.

We handle the sourcing of raw materials and coordinate any specialized services you might need. Parts Run
With the setup complete, we kick off the production of your parts. While running the parts, we perform dimensional checks to keep everything accurate. Our on-floor inspectors are continuously monitoring production, and since our team is motivated to keep scrap rates low, any issues are promptly dealt with. This way, you get high-quality parts every time.

In-Process Inspections
Quality control is at the heart of our process. We start by creating a first article and can provide AS9102 First Article Inspection reports if needed. Throughout production, we carry out in-process inspections using the latest calibrated CMM technology. Every part is thoroughly inspected, including every critical dimension, to meet your exact specifications.

Final Inspection
During the final inspection, we handle and measure your products with great care. When needed, we use the latest technology to get precise measurements of your parts. This helps us make sure everything meets your specifications. Afterward, we prepare detailed documentation packages, including inspection reports and any deviations or NCRs, so you know exactly what to expect.

Packing & Shipping
In the final step, we carefully prepare your parts for shipment, making sure they are palletized, crated, protected, and FOD-free. Lastly, we handle all the shipping logistics, whether we’re sending the parts directly to you or coordinating for customer pickup.
